Our lovely flatmate is sadly leaving us and a room becomes available in our flat in front of Goldsmith's University from 2nd of December (slightly flexible).

A bedroom to rent in 3 beds 2 bathrooms flat

870£ including all the bills

Location: flat is in New Cross, in front of Goldsmith’s University, conveniently above Sainsbury’s and Costa. Also many various restaurants/pubs/cafes a footstep away.
New Cross Gate overground is 5mins walk, and New Cross station with Overground trains and c2c trains 3 mins away, 1 train stop to London Bridge. DLR of Deptford Bridge 10 mins walk away.

Flat: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room/kitchen/dining area. There’s also space to keep your bicycle in the building.

Room: comes with big wardrobe, double bed, dressing table.

You’d be sharing the flat with me and my boyfriend, professionals in marketing and tattooing, and Dariia, working in fashion. All of us love traveling and are away few months a year. We call this place home, love having friends for dinners sometimes and are looking for a person who is also chilled, considerate and tidy. Privacy is always respected. Also we have a shy cat Vasya.

Big bonus if new tenant is vegetarian :)

Living room comes with TV for movie screenings and PS5. A cleaner is coming monthly.

Preferably looking for a girl to occupy the room, and big bonus if vegetarian 🙂

You’d have to pass the agency reference check before moving in, a contract is renewed every year and there is a deposit of 730£.
