Room next to park in New Cross

I’m looking for a woman (25-30ish) to fill my room in New Cross. From 11th March (though could arrange earlier if needed). ***The contract renews in April and the rent will go up slightly, though it’s never been by more than £50 extra each before now. I’ll know by how much by 14/02. Everyone else is re-signing in April****

We live with a cat called Dolly and opposite a park. Only 5 mins from both New Cross Station and New Cross Gate. Deptford a short walk away (12 mins) with a Thameslink line and loads of bars. We’re roughly 15 mins walk from the Thames too. Free parking outside. Can work from home. We have a garden.

Bills roughly 100 each per month, but this does change depending on the time of year!

I’m available for viewings any evening w/c 16th Feb! If that doesn’t work for you, I do shift work so can probably find a time we’re both available 🌞
