Myself (Tia, 26) and my flatmate (Ramatu, 25) are looking for a lovely female flatmate to take over the double room in our flat from 1st March.

We are looking for a flatmate who is sociable, clean, considerate and someone who is looking for a home. We respect each others time but love a catch up over dinner or a movie / games night every now and then. Must be a working professional so unfortunately no students, sorry !

Move in date: 1st March * this is a Fixed Move in date
Rent: £1050 per month
Deposit: 834.00
Bills: £150 per month approx (lower going into summer)

Amazing double room with floor to ceiling double glazed windows and underfloor heating across the whole apartment.
A modern open plan kitchen as well as a balcony, great for the summer time.

You’d be sharing a large bathroom with just Ramatu as Tia has an en-suite.

The building is managed by UNCLE and all the moving process/ maintenance is managed by them.

A bit about me! I’m 26, working in Marketing and originally from Birmingham. Love all things music (R&B, Rap, Afrobeats ect), going to concerts ect. Love going to the gym and doing a reformer Pilates class here and there.
