1 room in 5 bed art student house (NEW CROSS)

Existing flatmates are friends who like chillin out, drawing and playing card games. Not heavy drinkers but still go to the local pub sometimes. Would prefer new tenants not to be heavy drinkers or substance users. No men sorry :P
We would love to meet new flatmates prior to moving in, either through a video call or in-person :)

15 minute walk to New Cross Gate (Overground) and Queens Road Peckham train stations. 10 minutes walk to New Cross Bus Garage with good links to central London. Very residential street, quiet and safe at night.

Close to a big Sainsbury’s, big Lidl and other superstores down Old Kent Road so really convenient!

One current flatmate attends UAL Camberwell and the others are working alumni. The house location is great for Goldsmiths, LCC, Uni of Greenwich students too!

Shared kitchen/living room, basement for storage, and a fairly large garden. Bills not included but normally come to about £47 a month.

IMPORTANT!!! one flatmate has a severe nut and crustacean allergy (along with some others), so please be aware that you won’t be able to eat these in the communal kitchen.
