W CROSS (SOUTH EAST LONDON) TWO WEEK APRIL SUBLET! £500 LGBTQIA+ friendly household
Hiya, I’m subletting my gorg room from the 4th-22nd of April. This is a 3 story, Georgian townhouse located in New Cross. We’re a 12 minute walk from both New Cross (south eastern railway) and New Croas Gate station (overground) for easy trips right across London! 30 minutes to Shoreditch which is a godsend 😌
A 3 minute walk from the high street with a great local Sainsbury’s, Costa and Iceland. My personal fave high street location is Bar Beach Tropical that have £2.50 pints 6 days a week! 🤠
You’d be living with one Irish lass, a beautiful Brummie, a wee Scottish fella and a born and bred Aussie bloke. Everyone is on very different schedules but we are all good pals and everyone is very sociable so always up for a chat and a bev but respectful of time alone if needed.
*We do have a living room and dining room but we did just move in recently so they’re still in the works but we have a gorgeous couch and massive TV that will be set up soon for you to relax and kick back! There is also a garden with a picnic table outback for when the weathers nicer, she’s just looking a little rough but still worth it for those sunny days
*Majority of the house are queer so would need someone queer friendly!
