Apartment is nothing special, but is spacious and really well located. Clean. Downstairs kitchen next to room has large fridge-freezer, new washing machine, new microwave, toaster, oven, air fryer, etc. No living room - so not really a social set up for finding new friends, if that is what you want. Shared toilet separate to shared shower room, both upstairs.

All bills and wifi included in price.

Ideal for Goldsmiths students, since minutes away from main library and Marquis of Granby - but all welcome. I am actually a Goldsmiths alumnus myself.

I am quite flexible regarding contents of the room. Open to suggestions regarding any requests etc.

I do like to meet people in person to get a feel for who you are and what you do, however. If you like the room, then a month in advance is all I need, and you can leave anytime, given two weeks' notice (minimum one month).

Other flatmates are very quiet and don't smoke. You can smoke whatever you like on terrace. No animals please.

Amazing location if you need to be in New Cross or Deptford. New Cross station is about 5min walk away, and New Cross Gate station is under 10min walk away. Plentiful buses too. If you are not familiar, there are trains to London Bridge with a travel time of ten minutes, and also 2 stops overground to Canada Water which has Jubilee Line.

New Cross itself is quite fun. Student vibe with all the cafes and bars. Deptford is also close by and really interesting.
