A bright, fully furnished double room has become available in our 3-bed, 2-bath flat in the heart of New Cross (SE14) - right across from Goldsmiths University and just minutes from New Cross and New Cross Gate stations. We’re right above Sainsbury’s, with loads of cafés, bars and restaurants on our doorstep, and just one stop to London Bridge.

THE FLAT:
Spacious and homely, with an open-plan kitchen/living area, two bathrooms, and space to store a bike. The room comes with a double bed, large wardrobe and dressing table. You’d have a separate toilet/sink room that we don’t really use so would be yours to use. We also a cleaner coming monthly to help keep things easy.

ABOUT US:
We’re a chilled, creative household in our 20s and 30s - I work in digital art/marketing, Kyu is a tattoo artist and painter, and Kate is a stylist. We all love gigs, galleries, films, and travel (we’re often away for parts of the year, so the flat gets really quiet too). We’re all vegetarian/vegan.

We respect each other’s space but enjoy the occasional dinner or hangout together.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’d love to live with someone considerate and tidy - someone who treats the place like a home. Vegetarian preferred (or at least no meat cooking in the flat).

CONTRACT & MOVE-IN:
– Room available June 1st but can be flexible.
