A bright, fully furnished double room has become available in our 3-bed, 2-bath flat in the heart of New Cross (SE14) - right across from Goldsmiths University and just minutes from New Cross and New Cross Gate stations. We’re right above Sainsbury’s and Costa, with loads of cafés, bars and restaurants on our doorstep, and just one stop to London Bridge.

THE FLAT:
Spacious and homely, with a large open-plan kitchen/living area (ideal for dinners, games or movie nights), two bathrooms, and space to store a bike. The room comes with a double bed, large wardrobe and dressing table. We also a cleaner coming twice a month to help keep things easy.

ABOUT US:
We’re a chilled, creative household in our 20s and 30s — I’m 32 and work in digital art/marketing, Qyu is 35 and a tattoo artist + pottery artist, and Ben is 25 and works in the documentary/filmmaking industry. We all love gigs, galleries, cooking together, weekend nature escapes and travel (we’re often away for parts of the year, so the flat gets really quiet too).

We respect each other’s space but enjoy the occasional dinner, wine night or hangout.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’d love to live with someone kind, considerate, tidy and independent - someone who treats the place like a home. Vegetarian preferred (or at least no meat cooking in the flat). Sorry, no couples. We’d consider a cat too.
