2 Bright Double Rooms To Rent In New Cross

Hello lovely people! We’re Constance (24) and Mady (24) and we’re looking for two flatmates to join our house in New Cross this August!

About the house
The rooms are spacious double rooms overlooking the garden (so it’s very quiet!) the house has a big garden, a spacious modern kitchen and a very cute living room! The bathroom has both a shower and a bath and the house has 4 bedrooms!

The house is very well connected. It's 10-12 minute walk from new cross gate station on the wind rush line and there are also lots of buses less then a 5 minute walk that go all the way to marylebone, covent garden, Holloway, Deptford and Greenwich. It’s also a 25 minute walk from Peckham rye and a 20 minute walk to Goldsmiths University of London.

The rent is 850 pcm for the big room and 815 pcm for the medium room without bills and the contract begins 31st August, with flexibility to potentially move in earlier! Bills are usually pretty low, around 30-40 pcm.

About us, I’m Constance (24) and I study part time at Goldsmiths, I’m doing a masters in applied anthropology, community and youth work! With the other half of my time i work for a youth charity that teaches theatre to care experienced young people. When im not working or studying im always at the dance studio or getting a pint with my friends. I love to go out with my flatmates once in a while for a cheeky pint or stay in for dinner and a movie night, while also respecting everyone’s space!

I’m Mady (24) and I am doing a PhD in neuropsychiatry at King’s! I have quite a lot of work so I love to have a social flat share to keep a good balance! Things I like broadly: cute dinners, girl walks, watching TV together, going to the gym and going out with my roommates. Things I like specifically: raccoons, cheese, euphoria-like nails and makeup and thrift shopping.

We’re looking for someone tidy who’s down to join in on the fun!
