Room in our friendly New Cross house share

Hello! We have a double bedroom going in our New Cross house share. The house is split across 4 stories and has a large garden.

You will be living with Dan, Will, Millie, Bea and Harvey who have all lived together for a few years, or have been friends previously. There is a friendly and social vibe in the house, and the housemates enjoy spending time together having BBQ’s in the garden, sharing dinners and the odd trip to the pub. We are ideally looking for a female to even out the balance.

The rent is £680 and bills are set at £150 a month (paid directly to the landlords). This includes a weekly cleaner. The house is also fully equipped with standard appliances as well as a tumble drier and dishwasher.

There is two bathrooms in the house, and a living room/ kitchen area with double doors leading out to the patio. The bedroom is on the top floor and overlooks onto the garden so it is nice and quiet.

We deal with the landlords directly and there are no agency fees. You will be starting on an individual 12 month contract, and then proceeding to rolling monthly contract after the year is up. The landlords family used to live in the house, and they have been excellent at fixing any issues quickly. They want the tenants to enjoy living here together and care that the house is being kept in good condition.

I will sadly be leaving on the 18th of October, but I can be a little bit flexible on this due to short notice.
