I have a double room going in a 2-bedroom flat. The room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, built in wardrobe with good storage and a desk/shelves unit.
Bills roughly £140/50 a month – Bike shed included in that.
The flat is a 10min walk from either New Cross or Brockley station. And a 15 min walk to New cross gate (all zone 2).
New Cross is a great area with good transport links and lots of good food and pub options around. Close to shops as well.
About me:
I love going for tasty food, baking, travel, going to the sauna, wild swimming, and walks. I like going out with my friends but also equally enjoy having a chilled night in. I enjoy my own space to decompress but also up for socialising too (flat dinners, drinks, watching tv/movies).
I am looking for ideally a female housemate who is up for socialising, chilled, tidy and respects that I work some weekends (I work in the NHS). I love animals so I am open to pets. No smoking in the flat.
