I'm looking for a house mate to share a newly purchased 2 bedroom flat in New Cross.
The room is a double one, with plenty of space, lovely lighting and mostly furnished (apart from wardrobe space).
The price of the room is £800pm, bills are around £150 each pm.
I purchased the flat over the summer and have made it into a cosy home and would love someone to share it with! I'm a pretty easy going person, like a drink, usually at the football on Saturdays and in the office most of the week.
No deposit required and all bills have already been set up.
