Hi all,
I am heading to South America for 1 month, and I'm looking to sublet my room while I'm away.
The room is available from Friday, 5th December until Friday, 2nd January.
The room is a large double, with a small walk in wardrobe. There is also a tv, desk and large mirror for you to use too. The room is very quiet as it faces the back garden so you hear very little!
There are 3 others in the flat - 2 British guys and an Argentinian. All are very chill, clean, and easy going. They'd be more than happy to stop for a chat with you should you bump into them somewhere in the house :)
The house also consists of a large kitchen/ dining area, a separate living room, a main bathroom upstairs and another bathroom downstairs.
Rent is in total £500 for the month. including all bills. Please reach out to me if you have any more questions :)
