3-Month Sublet in Friendly House Share!

Hi, I’m Henry. I’m currently working in Cape Town until the end of February. I’ll know by the end of January whether I’m handing in my notice and staying out here longer, or returning to London.
For now, this is a 3-month sublet, but there is a real possibility it could become a full-time rental where you take over the contract officially.

About the house:
It’s a fantastic houseshare with people I consider friends, not just housemates. The atmosphere is relaxed, social, and respectful. We occasionally cook dinner together, have garden parties, watch films, and head out for hikes or trips. That said, there’s absolutely no pressure to socialise if you prefer keeping to yourself – the house is easygoing and adaptable.

What we’re looking for:
Someone clean, respectful, and easy to live with. Whether you’re social or more private is completely fine; what matters most is consideration for the house and the people in it.

Availability & viewings:
If you’re interested, please get in touch. I’m currently in Cape Town, so I can’t conduct viewings myself, but the housemates are happy to arrange these directly. The room is available to move into as soon as possible.
The landlord is aware that the room is being sublet.

Payment options:
To keep things flexible, there are two options:
1. Pay upfront for the full three months, or
2. Pay a standard deposit + first month, then pay the second month during the second month. The deposit will be used as your third month’s payment so you don’t need to worry about chasing a deposit return at the end.
