We are looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to join this spacious two-bedroom duplex in New Cross. The room is available from 21st February onwards.

The Flat This is a modern split-level flat (duplex) that feels more like a house. It is bright, well-laid-out, and comes with some rare bonuses for London:

Current Flatmate:
You will be sharing with Ewan. The flat vibe is sociable but independent—we enjoy a chat or hanging out, but we also respect each other's space and schedules. It’s a relaxed, well-looked-after home, not a party flat.

The Ideal Housemate:
This setup would perfectly suit a working professional (ideally late 20s/early 30s) who values a clean and calm environment.

WFH: Occasional or part-time working from home is absolutely fine, though it suits someone with a hybrid schedule rather than fully remote.

Cleanliness: We are looking for someone respectful of shared spaces and willing to share cleaning duties on a fortnightly basis.
