I love my apartment, i am looking for someone to share this space with. room has large queen bed in with storage, living room and kitchen connected to garden fully opening patio doors full wall. Bathroom has good shower. This is a basement apartment so no one can see into apartment or garden

House is fit with washing machine, dishwasher.

Bills will be split equally between both tenants. This is electric, tv license, council tax, Broadband to be split! No other bills. This works out about £150 each per month
