The room up for rent is the biggest in the flat with two windows allowing lots of natural light into the room. The flat has a living room, kitchen and bathroom with both bath and shower. The property will be shared with the two other flatmates who are really sweet and very clean. They are students one doing a masters and the other in final year so more students are welcome. The flat is a two floor flat with 1 bedroom, the kitchen and living room being downstairs and the bathroom and two other bedroom being upstairs.

Bills and council tax are not included in the piece but as you will be living with student the amount is reduced by 25% for each student so twice. The bills also do not average that much money each month being for gas water and wifi it rarely goes above £895
