Room for rent May-September

Hi!! I’m moving out in May and need someone to move in until the lease ends in September :)

The flat is less than a 4-minute walk from New Cross station. It’s only 5 minutes to London Bridge by train, and the Overground also runs from the station so it’s super easy for commuting anywhere in London. It’s also an easy 15 minute walk to Greenwich.

There are loads of cheap pubs nearby, cute cafés, and a few great parks within walking distance.

You’d be living with two lovely girls, both students (one doing her Master’s). They’re the sweetest, we sometimes cook together or do little arts & crafts nights, but we also all have our own routines and independence.
The vibe is definitely calm, wholesome and respectful
• 2 bathrooms (both with showers)
• Spacious kitchen/living area
• Very clean and well looked after

The room itself has a slanted ceiling which makes it super cosy and full of character. It also has the best natural light in the flat thanks to two large skylights!!
There’s LOADS of storage (built-in shelving + under-bed storage), so it’s great even if you have a lot of belongings.
It comes partly furnished with the bed, nightstand and some of the other items if needed.

We’re looking for someone clean, friendly and considerate who wants a relaxed, lovely place to live.

I’m looking to move out May 10th but am flexible if it’s the right fit! Can also do June-Sept if that’s something you’re interested in.
