The room is in a 2-bed ground floor flat with a small garden, nestled in a quiet Mews halfway between New Cross and New Cross Gate stations.
The flat is spacious with two bathrooms (one will be yours), with an open plan living room and kitchen.
The area has lots of pubs, restaurants and cafes. Deptford is a short walking distance with plenty more of the above, as well as the DLR line.
You'll be sharing with one lovely cis woman (34), working in Marketing.
It's a quiet flat, so no parties. Overnight guests might be ok occasionally if agreed upon beforehand with the flatmate.
