Sublet double room with ensuite in zone 2

Looking for someone to take over my room for 1 month: 09 June - 06 July (ideally for the whole period)
£300 per week bills included.

The room is in a spacious 2-bed ground floor flat with a small garden. There are two bathrooms (one will be yours), an open plan living room and kitchen.

The flat is nestled in a quiet Mews halfway between New Cross (3 min walk) and New Cross Gate (7 min walk) stations. Both have the Windrush line as well as rail to London Bridge (5 mins) and Cannon St (10 mins).

The area has lots of pubs, restaurants and cafes. Deptford is a short walking distance with plenty more of the above, as well as the DLR line.

You'll be sharing with one lovely cis woman (34), working in Marketing.

There’s a relaxed, easygoing atmosphere in the flat - quiet, respectful, and a nice place to unwind. I’m looking for someone who’s looking for a similar vibe.
