I’m Lumy, a 30 year old healthcare professional working 3–4 days a week. I’ve leaved in the property for more than a year, I’m very put together, tidy and love maintaining a clean, calm, and aesthetically pleasing home environment. I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, listening to music, spending time with friends, and also appreciate quiet downtime after long work shifts.
I’m also a friendly and welcoming person, in that case I will like someone of this kind too.

About the room
A spacious double room is available in a lovely 2-bed flat. The room is currently unfurnished, giving you the freedom to style it to your taste. The rest of the flat is fully furnished by me, including the living room, kitchen, and shared spaces, so all you need to do is furnish your room and move in.

The flat has a spacious bathroom, a large open-plan living room, and comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, and a large fridge/freezer. I have also provided additional kitchen appliances which I’m happy to share with a clean and tidy flatmate.

I’m looking for a respectful, clean, and tidy Professional female flatmate who will treat the home with care and enjoy a peaceful living environment as well I’d love to live with someone who appreciates a very tidy home. Due to my work schedule, I’m ideally looking for a flatmate who is not overly noisy and doesn’t frequently have lots of visitors over.
