A King Size Room (360X460cm / 3.6X4.6m) is available from 22/06/26 in a four storey Victorian house in New Cross, SE14, Zone2.

The property is close to transport, amenities and GOLDSMITHS Uniersity, located in Deptford / Brockley border.

Nearest station is New Cross, Windrush Line / Southeastern (6-7 mins walk). Great access to Central, East London, Airports and Kent area.

New Cross Gate, Deptford, Deptford Bridge, Lewisham, Greenwich stations are also in walking distance.

The house is located between two major road, New Cross Road and Lewisham Way, therefore the bus choice is doubled.

Good local amenity, several chain supermarkets, Asian food shops, market (food, clothes, households, vintage) opens on the high street 2-3 days a week, 24 hours open CostCut is on the corner of the street.

Goldsmiths University is also 5-6 mins walk away.

The room is lockable and located in front of the 1st floor, incl. two large windows and two Victorian radiators.

Dark wood floor through the house, tile in the basement and there is no carpet.

The basement kitchen will be shared with others but the top floor bathroom is exclusive for lodger(s) *there is a room next to and another lodger may stay there

Sharing spaces have never been busy and we have good routines.

The property is owed by myself and my partner, and we are seeking an individual female lodger for the room.

Presenting ID/Reference is essential. Smoking and wearing shoes inside are not arrowed, and no pet(s).

The rent (£220 pw) includes Bills and Tax, deposit £400.

Prefer someone could move in now and cover full period until end August, around 30/08/26, but feel free to contact to discuss your preference.

There is Wifi, however, fulltime remote worker is not welcomed.

The house is on a residential street where people are always presence, so that it's in the safe zone even in the evenings. There are also nice, helpful neighbors.

National Express buses heading to Kent stops at New Cross Gate (no need to go to Victoria Coach station). This is great additional idea for weekend escape from London.

We are friendly and helpful, however, the house atmosphere is cool and quiet. We basically keep boundary for privacy.
