I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in a Goldsmiths student accommodation during the summer while I am away.

Available Dates: June 9th – August 11th (Flexible within this range)

Rent: £35 per night / £244 per week (All bills included)

Deposit: £100

Discount: I am charging the exact amount I pay with no markup. If you take the entire period, I will happily take £50 off the total price! :)

It’s a cozy, clean individual room with your own private ensuite bathroom.

The room is located in a postgraduate-only building, so it is very quiet and well-maintained.

You will share a spacious kitchen with friendly floor-mates.

The building features a 24-hour reception, making it incredibly safe and convenient for receiving parcels.

While I am a female student, the floor itself is mixed, so anyone (males and females alike) is more than welcome to get in touch!

You are welcome to use the fridge and kitchen utensils during your stay.

Excellent transport links with multiple stations nearby: New Cross Gate (2 mins walk), New Cross (5 mins walk), and Deptford Bridge (15 mins walk). It's very easy to get into Central London.

Located right by the Goldsmiths campus in a safe neighborhood with great local supermarkets and amenities nearby.

This place would be perfect for travelers, students, or anyone needing short-term accommodation in London this summer.
