Double Room in Peckham Queens Road

Hello! We are Sadie (25), Char (25) and Eva (26) Looking for a new housemate in South East London! The flat is located in Queens Road Peckham with good transport links nearby (8 min walk to Queens Road Peckham station, 15 mins to New Cross Gate and 4 mins to bus stops with routes towards Peckham / Waterloo / London Bridge)

We are currently looking for someone to move in from July 1st as lovely housemate is moving in with her bf!

This is our largest room, £855p/m not including bills (WiFi, energy, water and council tax come to less than £100/ month in total) and deposit is £951.52.

The tenancy will begin on 1st July and is rolling with 2 months notice.

We are a queer friendly household looking for girls, gays and theys for the most part:)

About us!

Charlotte is studying a masters degree in social work, Sadie is in a curatorial role in a gallery and Eva, who has just moved in, is a musician and student. We are both housemates and friends and want a sociable and friendly household!

We are all clean, tidy, respectful and sociable people who are AN ABSOLUTE JOY TO BE AROUND. We love going to carboots, grabbing a coffee, going to gigs, playing music together (we do come with instruments but will obviously be totally respectful of noise - Sadie & Charlotte both have some days working from home and appreciate having a peaceful environment) anything arty and fun, wine, craft nights etc:)
