Sublet - Whisimical Large Double Room

Hello :)

This is my room and I am looking to go away for the summer, I am quite flexible with dates, but ideally I am looking for someone interested in subletting for 1-3 months

The room is available as of tomorrow Wednesday 10th of June
and flexible on the leaving date - as there is a possibility of taking the lease

It's a large double bedroom on the ground floor, with big windows, natural light, ornamental details around the ceiling, empty walls that I have used to map things out for my artistic projects, and it works great as live-work space. There is a piano and a guitar that you're welcome to use.

I have loved living here!

There is a bathroom downstairs shared with Izzy, and another one upstairs with a bath, shared with 3 other girls.

There is a cleaner once a week and a large and beautiful garden to sunbath during the summer months!

Everyone is welcoming, independent and friendly and would include you into house plans but you are equally welcome to keep yourself to yourself.

Price per month includes rent, bills, cleaner and toiletries + cleaning products

The house is situated in between New Cross Gate and Queen's Road Peckham, 10min walking distance to both, as it is from Telegraph Hill
