We renovated quite recently and the house is in great shape.

About the Room:

It’s a good-sized double with a ceiling fan, a lifting storage bed, a folding wall desk, and an office chair. We added loads of power sockets (including USB fast-charging), and there’s a TV and a mirrored wardrobe.

Cats & Pets:

At the very least, you’ll need to be cat-friendly (ideally a cat person!) however not overly looking for another pet.

The House:

Spread over two floors, the house has a big rear garden with two deck areas—perfect for relaxing or a BBQ.

Current housemates are Jacob, Ruchita, Mutahara, and Veronika (plus Autumn the cat)—all working professionals in their 20s.

The vibe is friendly, respectful, and pretty chilled.

We’re at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac (so no traffic noise), but still really close to transport links.

Bathrooms & Kitchen:

There are two bathrooms (one has a proper full-size bath), and the kitchen’s big—breakfast bar, dining table, two fridge freezers, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

We also have a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

Other Perks:

Fast fibre broadband (500mb mesh network)

Bike shed at the front for storage

All bills included (fuel, water, council tax, TV license, broadband)

Location:

We’re between New Cross and Deptford, and less than five minutes’ walk to New Cross Overground.

Viewings & Move-In:

The room’s for one person only—no couples or room shares, sorry!
