Room comes furnished with built-in wardrobes, a double bed and sofa. Windows are south facing so there's a lot of natural light. The flat has a shared kitchen and bathroom.
The room is on the top floor, and the flat is above a pizza/chicken shop.
There's a couple of corner shops next door and a bigger supermarket at New Cross Gate.

Current flatmates are working professionals of mixed nationalities and genders in their late 30s. Due to work schedules, it’s not the most social flat and someone quiet, clean and punctual with rent payments would be a good fit.

No pets please due to allergies.
Absolutely no smoking (applies to the herbal kind too).
