Description
Hi! I'm Millie and I live here with my friend Jude; our flatmate is leaving so we are looking to replace him in our lovely flat. I've lived here for the past three years and Jude for the past year, and we love it!
We have a main upstairs bathroom, an extra downstairs loom, a separate kitchen with a dining table and a super big living room with a balcony! Its a 3 bedroom maisonette flat with the bedrooms on the top floor, your room is next to Jude's room!
The available room is a good-sized double room which is west-facing, so it gets beautiful sunset light through the trees. The bedroom comes with the bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Jude is working in journalism (partly in the office in central and partly from home). I'm about to start my anthropology master's at Goldsmiths, and I work as a nanny! Jude and I met whilst both living in Paris a few years ago, and we love to travel!
We love to go out to the pub, clubbing and out for dinners and coffees. I also love to host people for dinner parties and love entertaining friends in the flat, so we are super happy to have people round. But we also love to keep the space really clean and tidy.
We're looking for someone who wants to be part of the flat rather than just rent a room. We'd love someone who's up for chatting in the kitchen, watching a series together, going for the occasional pint or coffee, trying new restaurants, or just hanging out in the living room after a long day. We also obviously appreciate our own space and alone time too, whilst living in a friendly social house!
One thing that's really important to us is keeping the flat clean, tidy, and looked after. We're not obsessive, but we all do our bit and appreciate living in a space that's comfortable and well cared for.
We're ideally looking for someone around our age who's either working or studying, is considerate, easy-going, and happy to contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
LGBTQ+ friendly 🌈 We want everyone to feel comfortable and at home here, and we'd love to find someone who'll become a friend as much as a flatmate.
745 a month plus bills, which is usually around 60 each (gas, water, electric, insurance, wifi) and around 50 council tax.
Send us a message if you think you'd be a good fit, would happily meet up if you are already in london or do a phone call!
