I'm looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely two-bedroom flat in New Cross. I've really loved living here and I'm genuinely sad to be moving on, so I'm hoping to find someone who'll enjoy it as much as I have.
The flat is bright and cosy, with a furnished double bedroom, a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and a small patio garden. It really feels like a home rather than a typical house share.
It's directly opposite a park and around a 10-minute walk from both New Cross and New Cross Gate stations, with Deptford High Street just a few minutes away for cafés, pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Council tax is Band B.
You'll be living with a good friend of mine, who's lovely and an easy-going housemate. We enjoy catching up over dinner, having friends round from time to time and creating a warm, welcoming home, while also respecting each other's space and privacy.
We're looking for someone who's friendly, considerate, clean and tidy, and happy to help keep the flat feeling relaxed and comfortable for everyone.
