Looking for a considerate lodger to take over my room in a lovely New Cross flat while I'm away. Perfect for someone needing a temporary base — looking for longer term lodging, between leases, or just want a hassle-free few months without a long commitment.

The room:
Comfortable, cozy, well-kept double room in a clean, well-maintained flat
Furnished and ready to move straight into
The flat:
Genuinely sweet, respectful flatmates who keep the place clean and easygoing
Sainsbury's literally downstairs-- completely ideal
Easy transport links from New Cross and New Cross Gate into central London and beyond
Calm, friendly living environment

The details:
Dates: mid-October to mid-January — 3 months, flexible on exact dates
£225 per week, bills included.
Deposit: one month of rent (£900)
My flatmates do also have a cat, Ozzy, so you'll need to be okay with that!
