A great double room is available in South East London, 5 minutes walk from Goldsmiths College in New Cross whilst I go away for the end of Summer. The house is close to various transport links- a 5 minutes walk from Deptford DLR and railway station, 5-10 minute walk from New Cross and 10-15 minute walk to New Cross gate station.
I go away on 16th August and our contract ends on 28th September so I am looking for anyone who needs a room for any time during this period! The house is great- a big communal sitting room space with dining room area, and separate kitchen and separate utility room. There is a small decking area out the back and great value for money!
It is £125 a week and you will be sharing with really friendly and fun housemates.
Let me know if this is of interest to anybody! Any age welcome, however the other housemates are 20, 21 and 27.
