Awesome Double!

Double room available from 31/05. Room is nice size and comes with bed, wardrobe and shelving unit. Flat is quite big with massive living room and decent sized kitchen. There is also a nice garden area which gets loads of sun all day. There is high speed wifi throughout the flat and a big tv with all the channels in the living room.
It's a 2 minute walk to New Cross Station which has links to all over London. New Cross Gate station is also only 5 minutes away.
Within 5 minutes walk around the flat there is a lovely big park, tons of funky little cafes and loads of bars like the Amersham Arms, LP bar and New Cross House.
I'll be in the second room in the flat, I'm a 29 year old professional working in the travel industry. I'm out of the flat every day but do like a glass of wine in the garden on weekends.
The room would suit a sociable young professional either male or female.
