The room:
It's a decently sized double room with a lot of storage and a comfortable double bed.
The room is bright (but has ceiling to floor thick blackout curtains) and opens up onto a 60m2 terrace/decking with views on the communal gardens behind. It's peaceful and surprisingly quiet considering that you're in a central location, in zone 2.
You'll have your own bathroom with bath & shower at the end of the corridor.
The flat:
The flat is a two bed flat in a new built block and is quiet, very clean and tidy.
You'll also have access to the terrace, to the kitchen -should you want to cook a meal - and you can use the lounge too (please note that there is no TV. It's more a space to unwind after a long day, have a glass of wine or reading a book, etc...).
Apart from the wifi, other bills are not included. Depending on gas/elec usage, we'll review on a monthly basis (council tax, water, gas/elec, cleaning).
The neighbourhood:
Laidback yet bubbling with coffee shops, yoga studios, farmers market, supermarkets, pubs, gastro pubs, restaurants and a Curzon cinema as well as the infamous Goldsmith University on the street.
Very easy to commute to/from, central location (you're more or less half an hour from all the major landmarks in London).
You're also walking distance to Greenwich park - 20mins - (or 5mins by bus) if you like running after work.
With no less than 5 stations to choose from for your daily commute - from the closest to the furthest: New Cross, New Cross Gate, Deptford, Deptford Bridge, Brockley - and 24hr buses to pretty much anywhere!
It takes about 6 mins to reach London Bridge and 8 mins to Cannon Street and the trains run every 5/10mins at peak times.
It's also a 5 mins bus ride to Peckham, or 15 mins to Canary Wharf and to Shoreditch with the overground.

I come to London every month at the moment, and will potentially stay more regularly in the new year.
I am sociable and enjoy the occasional chat, meal or glass of wine, but I am equally very respectful of personal space and very aware and considerate of others.
I'm quite relaxed but take pride in my home and enjoy providing a peaceful environment to my flatmates.
Who I am looking for:
You won't see me much but in exchange, it's important that you are of a quiet nature, considerate, very clean and tidy and will look after the flat as if it was your own.
I'm house proud and want to share my space with someone who is respectful of the space and others' privacy.
