The price is all-inclusive with nothing further to pay for internet, utilities or council tax.

The property is located in New Cross **SE14 ** with good connections into the city via New Cross Gate Windrush tube station which runs every 5 minutes.

The kitchen contains appliances including a washing machine, dryer, two fridge-freezers and a breakfast bar. The bathroom includes a shower.

**6 months minimum term. 1 month notice**
