The price is all-inclusive with nothing further to pay for internet, utilities or council tax.

The kitchen and bathroom was newly renovated 6 years earlier and the rooms decorated 2 years earlier.

The property is located in New Cross **SE14 ** with excellent connections into the city via New Cross Gate overground which runs every 5 minutes.

The kitchen contains appliances including a washing machine, dryer, two fridge-freezer and a breakfast bar for two. The bathroom includes a shower.

**6 months minimum term. 1 month notice**
