Light and spacious double room in New Cross

Hi, I have a very light and airy double room for rent. It's got a huge window with lots of natural light, and has lots of storage - it's fully furnished with a wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers and cupboard in the room, and additional storage space available elsewhere in the house.

The house is very spacious - there's a sit-in kitchen, large living room, garden with bike shed, off street parking, and two brand new bathrooms so each person only shares with one other. There are also two fridges, so again, you only share this with one person.

It's a four bedroom house is on a very quiet cul-de-sac, five minutes' walk from both New Cross and New Cross Gate stations (one stop to Cannon Street or one stop to London Bridge).

Currently there are only two of us living in the house. I'm the house owner and my friend/colleague rents another room. The room is available immediately, let me know if you want to see it!
