Hello our future housemate!

If you are tired of endlessly searching for a decent place to live in London, within a household of adults who are friendly, tidy and respectful, you are in luck!
As of ‪1st of November‬, our current housemate is moving out leaving behind a sweet, bright and very comfortable double bedroom in a household of 4 adults in a lovely house in Brockley, south east London.
The room is massive and has all the storage you will need - a double-sided wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers (5 drawers), a bedside table, study table with chair and TV table. There is also more storage available throughout the house.
There is one 3-piece bathroom, really well-equipped kitchen with 2 comfy sofas for communal hangouts and a really lovely large garden (perfect for sunbathing and BBQs, tested and approved.

We also have a cleaner for the common areas once per week, a tumble dryer for your clothes and also cleaning products, hand-wash, toilet paper etc all included.

You would be living with three guys 30s, we work full time, thus the house is generally really quiet and not overcrowded.
The house is located on a quiet residential street with great transport links: 7min walk to the Brockley station that has overground that also connects you to Jubilee line and Southern railway services (Brockley – London Bridge in 10 mins); there is also a bus stop just around the corner that has two 24-hour buses to/from city centre (171/172).

Brockley itself is a great area with a large variety of pubs and restaurants, as well as food shops (Sainsbury’s just on the corner of the station). New Cross gate and Goldsmiths College are a mere 10 minute walk and are buzzing on the weekends with excellent selection of bars, pubs and local venues that have live music events quite frequently. You will also find incredible views of the city from the Telegraph Hill (5-8 mins to walk), peaceful and green cemeteries, as well as Hilly Fields park, all a short walk away.

We are looking for a lovely, quiet, respectful and sociable person to replace our housemate as soon as possible.
