We have room available in our lovely house share, we are looking for someone to come and join us and we would love to hear from you...

Clean & bright bedroom is available 6 August It is £135 p/w including bills (wireless broadband, council tax, water, central heating, gas and electricity). 20% discount would be applied depends of lenght of the agreement, for example:
3 months stay - 1 discounted month
6 months stay - 2 discounted months
9 months or longer - 3 discounted months

It is a furnished 1st floor flat with central heating, kitchen, bathroom.

It's situated less than 5 minutes walk to New Cross station (zone 2).

Ideally we are looking for long term occupants. There is no minimum stay, you can stay as much as you wish. But there should be two weeks notice before the leaving date.
