We are looking for a housemate to join our south east London pad. It's a very large double room on the top floor of the house, ensuite bath and shower. Two big built in wardrobes. Very light and airy! The room is also 100% big enough to be a work from home set up with space for a desk or a chill zone with a sofa /whatever ya might fancy! Also have access to a bike store, garden and free parking.

Shared living spaces include a very spacious open plan living/dining area and a modern kitchen. Downstairs loo/ laundry room. There is also tons of storage space.

We are located bang in-between New cross Gate and Queens Road Peckham both about 10 mins walk. 2 mins walk from New Cross Bus garage too so all the choices when it comes to public transport. The house is in a gated mews, parking outside the house if you did have car. Bike shed also which is super secure. A cute coffee shop round the corner, Telegraph hill is 15 mins walk if you like to get out to green spaces. A fav sunset spot of ours. The Rose and Skehans just a short walk away too.

About us

Two gals who love to cook, pub, boogie. We are loving making the house a home. Looking for someone who wants to get involved, socialise and hang in the main open plan living space but also easy going, someone who adds to this gem of a house!
