Lovely, light double room in New Cross Gate

I am looking for a flat mate to take a large double room in our lovely flat. I own it with my sister and I have lived here for 5 years and there a very homely feel to the flat. I am looking for someone easy and fun to live with who is clean and considerate. I work from home 3 days a week, so ideally I am looking for someone who mostly works away from the flat.

ABOUT ME:
I have been in London for about 10 year. Born in Zimbabwe and raised in Cambridge.
I am an Innovation Manager for a technology accelerator.
I spend my week nights doing pilates, pubs and chilling at home. Weekend are usually walking, seeing friends, galleries or weekend trips out of London.

THE ROOM:
Spacious double room
Built in Wardrobe with lots of storage
2 windows, making it very light
Furniture: Option of desk and chair if you want them / chest of drawers / side table / double bed

THE FLAT:
The rest of the flat is spacious and light with an eat in kitchen, open plan living / dining room with big sliding doors onto a juliet balcony and 1 bathroom.
The road is usually very quiet, and there is free parking on the road outside.

LOCATION
The property is situated in-between New Cross Gate station and Queens Road Peckham station, on a residential road. It is less than 10 minutes walk away the large Sainsbury's or areas such as Deptford High Street and Telegraph Hill.
It is short walk into Peckham and surrounded by great cafes / pubs around Nunhead, Peckham and Deptford.
The closest good coffee is about 3 mins away!

RENT
The room is £900 PCM ex. bills.
We would be looking to rent the room for up to 1 year with a 2 month rolling contract.
We would ask for 1 months deposit.
