Hi I'm Jean, the landlord of the property and I’m looking for a young professional to fill a single room in a spacious, modern, 3 bedroom apartment on the top floor of a four story flat located right next to New Cross Gate station.

Currently there are there 2 females living in each of the double bedrooms, one is 26, the other is 27. One of them is a dance lecturer at Goldsmiths and the other is a photographer and currently works as a barista in Central London. We prefer females as there are 2 other females living at the property.

The apartment is situated within a 2 minute walk from New Cross Gate which is only a 7 minute train ride from London Bridge station and 10 minute walk from New Cross station which is 16 minutes from Cannon street. Both stations are on the Overground and have excellent links to the London Underground (Canada Water Station is only 2 stops away and is on the Jubilee Line-which is running 24 hours on weekends!)
For nightlife, it is only 20 minutes away from Shoreditch on the Overground!

Shopping is really convenient because a large Sainsbury's supermarket is only a 7 minute walk away!

There are also plenty of lively places nearby to keep you entertained such as numerous bars/restaurants/cafes.
Conveniently located nearby is Greenwich, which is only a stone throw away with it's food markets and famous park to enjoy your weekends in.

If you are in to keeping fit, there is a 24 hour gym called 'PureGym Greenwich' located only a 20 minute walk away near Deptford Bridge DLR station.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, clean and tidy, independent, laid back and sociable to share the flat with. Guests/friends are allowed to visit you but they are not allowed to sleepover for any reason.

The flat is clean, light and comes with full amenities (high-speed broadband, washing machine, iron and board, microwave, cooker/oven, and fridge/freezer.

The flat is fully furnished and the room comes with a single bed, wardrobe with hanging space, work desk and chair.

There is also free on street parking downstairs.

All bills included plus no admin fees as I manage the property myself!
