Massive garden, a large living room, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances at your disposal.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, mirror.

All bills are included - gas, electricity, council tax, water, high speed internet and TV license.

Bi-weekly cleaning of the communal areas included.

We are a short walk to New Eltham station and 29 min ride to Charing Cross or Cannon Street, less to London Bridge or Waterloo East.

It would suit someone tidy, mature and considerate.
