Lovely airy immaculate room in a light spacious modern but comfortable home. Peaceful very safe environment with great access to public transport. In Zone 4 wuth New Eltham station just 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute bus ride away. From there easy access to Lewisham and DLR - London Bridge just 23 minutes on the train. Plenty of wardrobe space in an adjourning room and desk space too if you study or work from home although I'd prefer not more than one day per week. ACcess to a luxury bathroom even though the room has its own ensuite. Would suit a single professional female who loves clean modern chilled surroundings with a touch of luxury. Preference is for an animal lover or at least OK with and not allergic to cats! Rent includes a fortnighly room clean and basics provided too including good quality bedding, towels, toiletries, basic food items stocked too! Rent price is negotiable for the right lovely person!
