Hey all I have a ensuite room available in New Eltham £900 bills included It’s in a very peaceful area lots of greenery around. There is a bus stop right outside the house and the nearest station is a nice 15 minute walk.
The flat/room came unfurnished however I’m happy to provide the bed and desk if needed. But it’s also available unfurnished. You will have your own extra large storage cuboard that I use as a wardrobe and there is storage under the bed. There is also another big storage cuboard to keep other things if needed. (The room is big enough for a wardrobe)
The room is bright and spacious and is ensuite, you will be sharing with one other girl who is a working professional 31 super friendly we love to get together sometimes and have a drink, however she is hardly home so you will have the place to yourself a lot of the time.
There is an allocated parking space if you require it. The room is currently available now so please message if interested.
