Master Bedroom w/ En-suite available in 2 bed flat

So after two years my current flat mate is moving onto pastures new…

So I am on the lookout for a new flat mate. The room itself is bright and airy with an ensuite attached. Additionally the flat comes with an assigned parking space which I don’t have use for.

Should be noted that the deposit is 1250 as that what it was each when we moved in, however the add won’t let me change it to the correct amount.

Flat specifics : 2 bed 2 bath centrally heated in a quiet cul-de-sac located on the edge of New Eltham and Chislehurst. We’re about a 15 mins away from New Eltham station with bus stops located just outside the flat. The bills come to around 200 each a month and this hasn’t increased much since moving into the flat August 2022.

Flat mate specifics - I’m 31 mixed race with a very lazy lap cat Lola. Generally I’m out a lot during the week being in the office at least 4 days and having the gym after work 2 to 3 times. During the weekends I tend to spend most of my time at boyfriends, I don’t watch too much TV or do much cooking so there’s plenty of access to the living room. I am 420 and LGBTQIA+ friendly and honestly pretty laid back as long as the common areas are clean I don’t really mind what you get up to.
