Beautiful 1 Bedroom Apartment in Quiet Area

Hey all,

I'm looking to sublet my lovely 1 bedroom apartment in New Eltham (SE9) from anywhere between 3-12 months, starting around April 15/18th.

I'm very easy going so if you'd like to sublet for 3 months with an option to extend then i'm very happy to play it by ear.

$$:

Rent is £1300/month with all bills included.

Depending on duration of sublet, we can organise a small deposit or use Flatfair (no deposit).

Access and Location:

The apartment is up one flight of stairs with a handrail. There's no intercom. Inside the apartment there are no steps.

It's extremely cute and cosy (has a bit of a treehouse vibe to it!) and there are no neighbours below as there's a walkway.

Neighbours share one wall with the apartment and the walls are a bit thin so would suite a quiet person.

8-10min walk from the railway station where there are great transport links including direct trains to Lewisham (14min), London Bridge (20mins), Waterloo, Cannon Street and Charring Cross.

There are shops nearby (5-10 mins walk) including a COOP and really nice Eastern European and Turkish corner store with lots of fresh produce. Eltham high street is a 15min bus ride away where you have all the things.

The apartment:

A really good size with an open concept living room/kitchen, including large south facing window so the place gets loads of natural light.

The bedroom has a double bed with a nice firm mattress. The living room sofa can be turned into a little bed for guests as well:)

There's a bathtub but no washer/dryer. 1 fridge and 1 freezer, an oven and grill with 4 hobs.
