This is a double room for single occupancy in a pleasant house with garden. It is very close to New Eltham station with excellent connections to London Bridge and Charing Cross. We're looking for a sensible person to share with our present tenant, a young professional male. This is not a party house, we respect our neighbours, but there are pleasant shared spaces where you can entertain friends on a modest basis. The house is very close to beautiful Avery Hill Park and there are lively pubs, restaurants in walking distance. Bills are included including council tax
