The flat itself is fully furnished and equipped with a washing machine, tumble drier, small dishwasher etc. All kitchen items are also included. There is a desk in the front room, if you work from home and need a space to do so.

There's high-speed broadband, plus streaming services (Netflix etc) and a PS4 in the living room - hooked up to a 50-inch TV.

There is a communal garden available for use.

Public transport connections are very good, with New Eltham train station only a 3-minute walk from the flat, which has services to London Bridge in around 18 minutes and approx. 28 mins to Charing Cross.

There are also very good bus connections running to Lewisham and New Cross for (DLR and Overground) which run 24/7. Buses run to Falconwood train station, there is also trains from New Eltham that connect to Abbey Wood for the Elizabeth Line.

The property has been placed on the market recently. Therefore I cannot guarantee long-term rental.
