Looking for a weekday housemate (ideally Mon-Wed) to join us who will enjoy the comforts of a home.
Super tidy and clean, so would expect this of the new housemate. We are friendly, warm and welcoming. As we work full time, evenings are dinner and then a chilled quiet evening most nights with an evening walk and occasionally a drink.
Accommodation let is for a large double room with en-suite bathroom, fully furnished. Large tv, with WiFi and sky in the room with a comfy chair and bay window to relax.
Shared open plan kitchen and lovely garden.
Local shops, a few bars and restaurants all within walking distance. New Eltham train station is a 8min walk from the house with direct trains into London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross and Canon street around 15-20mins
