Lovely double room in end of terrace of house

A double room in a lovely end of terrace house situated in a very quiet cul de sac 2 minutes walk from New Eltham train station. New Eltham has everything you need, a co-op, butchers, bakery, post office and some good restaurats too. The house has a open living dining room, and brand new kitchen and has been decorated throughout as I only moved in myself 2 months ago! Its a 2 bedroom property. There a garden and a parking space, a big loft which i would be happy for someone to use as storage. The room itself sits at the back of the house, it has a double bed with under bed storage, a large mirrored wardrobe with both hanging spaces and shelves inside and a small set of drawers. You would be living with just myself, I am a 26 year old female who works in the City. I would like to find someone who wants to live in a "home" by that I mean I would like someone to enjoy living here and feel comfortable but look after it as well.
The rent includes all bills and outgoing such a TV and internet, I have Bt Tv.
The deposit would be one months rent in advance. I am willing to possibly negotiate on the price.
I have said the room is available the 20th of July as I am currently having the kitchen and living room done, however the room itself is completely ready so if someone did want to move in earlier they could for a reduced sum while the final bits of work are being done.
The house is 10 minutes from Chiselhurst and 5 minutes from Eltham and Sidcup where there are supermarkets, high street shops and a gym etc.
