Description
Hi my name is Ash. My house was recently refurbished and I have made every effort to make it feel luxurious. I've written the home description with respect to common questions the new Occupant may ask. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me directly.
Here are details on some of the things that matter most:
a) Where is the house and how easy is parking? It's a semi-detached near New Eltham station, on the border of Chislehurst. I have my own driveway so there's always space to park. The adjacent road also always has parking space.
b) How far to the nearest station and how long to Central London? Close walking proximity to New Eltham station. There is a fast train to London Bridge (20 minutes). Also a fast train to Waterloo (20 minutes). Also goes to Cannon Street and Charing Cross.
c) How comfortable is the house? It's actually been bought recently by me and my wife (aged 25 and 30). We have refurbished the home. New bathroom. Fresh wallpaper. Fresh living room. New carpet. New furniture.
d) Does the monthly cost cover all bills or are there any extra costs to be aware of? Yes, the monthly bill covers everything. No extra costs.
e) What luxuries/facilities do I have access to?
Everything in the house. We are happy to share all our facilities in the house on condition that the Occupant treats with care. All items are newly bought:
- Fridge (big LG American Fridge)
- TV (LG Ultra 4K TV)
- Hoover Washing Machine + Dryer (No lining clothes outside. The machine dries automatically and doesn't shrink clothes).
- Broadband (Ultrafast Fibre Virgin 100MBPS. That's a lot!)
- Luxury hotel-style bathroom. Newly built and a shower with a thermostat so that you don't get burnt. See the pictures.
- Bosch Dishwasher.
f) What rooms do I have access to? All rooms in the house (except our bedroom of-course). The house has a kitchen, living room, conservatory (which has a dining table), garden and utility room.
g) What is the profile of the current owners? We are professionals who are out most of the day working. My wife is a nurse and I work in Finance.
h) What kind of person are you looking for? Happy to take anyone. The person must be respectful of house rules and not be late with payments. We are respectful of your privacy and will honour this but we ask you do the same in return.
i) Finally tell me about the neighbourhood.
Our neighbours on either side of the house have both lived 20+ years. So it is a neighbourhood with longevity. To our right is a nice family with a couple of kids. To our left is a lady who lives with her daughter.
For any further information please feel free to contact me (Ash). My contact number is shown on this advert.
Thanks.
Ash.
