The house is a two level property situated in a quiet area few minutes walk from the station. It has a kitchen, fridges, freezer, gas stove/oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, pans, chinaware and cutlery, tidy bathroom and two separate toilets on each floor, access to the large size garden, internet / wi-fi, central heating / radiators, vacuum cleaner, oak wood flooring, black granite flooring in bathrooms.

The room has its own lockable new door and is equipped with ottoman storage bed, memory foam mattress, bedding, wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside table and a mirror. The room has oak engineered flooring and double convector radiators.

The area ― New Eltham train station is located in zone 4 area of South East. Trains run every 3-5 minutes during the peak hours with some trains providing non-stop service directly to central London. All trains go to London Bridge (1 to 4 stops / 12-18 minutes) and from there they either go either to Charing Cross or Cannon Street.

It's a quiet area with lots of nice houses around with plenty of parks and walks to enjoy (Charlton FC training ground, University of Greenwich mansion site, various Sports Grounds, etc). Right next to the station there's A20 motorway that leads to Central London (about 12 min drive to Blackwall Tunnel / Greenwich O2 arena). For those who like going to the gym, Virgin Active Health Centre or David Lloyds isn't that far away.

The Double room - FIRST FLOOR - is for one person only. It has an ottoman storage bed, memory foam comfy mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, study table, mirror, bedding and a chair. The room is bright and overlooking the street. The nearest train station is New Eltham, about 3 minutes walk to the station. The area has all the shops, supermarket, takeaways, restaurants, off license, post office, etc.. The cost of the room is inclusive all the bills (no need to pay any bill).
