The property is situated a few minutes walk from New Eltham station. Only 20 minutes to get to central London. The bus stop is just a minutes walk away and there is plenty of free parking in the roads opposite..
New Eltham is a lovely, friendly, safe area, very close to Sidcup High street and Eltham high street with lots of supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and gyms that are all within a couple of minutes walking distance. Also there are lots of lovely parks and woodland just a few minutes walk away
